Our "Free First Consultation" Offer - Because people are understandably cautious when discussing their software problems with a consultant, we offer potential new clients the opportunity to have their first consultation with us at no charge. We do of course ask clients to follow a simple procedure and agree to some simple conditions prior to their free consultation:

• The first two hours of your first consultation are free of charge, after that our standard rates apply.
• Start things off by E-mailing us for our new job questionnaire, filling it in, then sending it back to us.
• You may phone us between 8am and 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Daylight Savings Time.
• Consultations must be at a convenient, mutually agreed time and place, within the Sydney metropolitan area.
• If you want to discuss confidential information, we will offer our standard confidentiality undertaking.
• There is no obligation on you to engage us to do any work for you.
• So give us a try, you have nothing to lose but a little of your time and we are very flexible.

Your First Free Consultation - Your first consultation gives you an opportunity to get to know us, what we can do and it gives us some insight into how we might be able to help you. If you would like to accept our offer of a free consultation, depending on your wishes -

• You can ask any questions you want to.
• We could help with simple Excel, Access or Word problems.
• We could help with simple VBA macro programming problems.
• We could give advice on automation solutions for your Office software.
• We could do an initial assessment of your Excel, Access or Word problems.
• We usually help you establish the nature and extent of your office automation needs.
• If you're outside the Sydney Metropolitan area, we can communicate with you by other means.
